1.Does the bass sound good compared with T6?
Yes, the bass is good as the T6, but power is smaller than T6.
2.The batteries are not loding.
The Pixie has two batteries inside. If it doesn't work, please try to charge it. Thank you.
3.Is it possible to connect 2 speakers to a single source simultaneously?
Yes, you can connect two Pixie speakers to your Bluetooth device. Pixie supports TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function. You can follow the steps to operate: Turn ON two Pixie speakers, hold the play button on one of the speakers for 2 seconds until the LED flashes blue & green. The speaker is now in stereo pairing mode. After 3-5 seconds, the speakers will be successfully paired to one another output in True Wireless Stereo mode. The main speaker LED flashes blue while the sub-speaker LED is ON blue.
4.Is it waterproof?
Because of the unique dotted grill design, so it is not waterproof. Please do not place it into the water. But if you would like to buy a waterproof speaker, you can check our Splash, which is equipped with IP67 rating.
5.Is it compatible with lower Bluetooth version?
Yes. Pixie is equipped with Bluetooth 4.2 that ensures stability and universal compatibility. It is compatible with lower Bluetooth version.
6.Can I connect more than one phone to the speaker?
Not supports connect more than one phone at the same time. This time, you can connect your phone to this speaker, and next time, your friend or families also can connect their phones to it. But please remember, not at the same time. Pixie only supports connect to one Bluetooth device in a time.
7.Can I connect this speaker to a TV through a Bluetooth transmitter?
First, confirm your TV supports Bluetooth or not. If it supports, you can connect to the speaker directly via the Bluetooth function. If it does not support, you can connect the TV to a Bluetooth adapter, and then connect the Bluetooth adapter to the speaker. Note: if you fail to connect the TV to Bluetooth, you can check the official website of your TV brand or Google it.
8.Can I increase the sound from my laptop when connected with this speaker?
Absolutely you can. Also can volume up from the speaker by pressing the ‘+’ button.
9.How long does the battery last?
Up to 15 hours of play time. And 2-3 hours of charging time.
10.How to know if the battery is fully charged? The red light is solid for a long time. Does it turn green?
When the speaker is fully charged, the red light will go off rather than turning green. And the charging time is 2-3 hours.
11.Can I switch songs from the speaker when it is in AUX mode?
NO. You can only switch playbacks from the sound source end (cellphone, PC, tablet, etc.) in AUX mode. But you can switch songs via the speaker over Bluetooth Mode.
12.How can I make a TWS Pairing via AUX-Cable for two Element Pixie Bluetooth Speaker
You only can pair two Pixie Bluetooth speakers via Bluetooth. The pairing instructions are as following: Turn ON two Pixie speakers, hold the play button on one of the speakers for 2 seconds until the LED flashes blue & green. The speaker is now in stereo pairing mode. After 3-5 seconds, the speakers will be successfully paired to one another output in True Wireless Stereo mode. The main speaker LED flashes blue while the sub-speaker LED is ON blue (Note: In TWS mode, the calls can only be answered through the main speaker).
13.Is it possible to pair two different speakers that support tws simultaneously? For example pair a Pixie and a Splash and play music through them at the same time?
Our TWS products do not support to be paired with two different models. It only supports two Pixie or two Splash to be paired.
